The very best equipment and latest methods are utilized in a warm and friendly environment to provide a comprehensive fitness and wellness program to a large and diverse group of people in a variety of age and fitness levels.  

What is Pilates?
Pilates is a safe and effective method of total body toning, utilizing the principals of core muscle strengthening and spinal elongation. In addition to toning and strengthening, benefits include improved posture, increased flexibility, and general wellness. The mat based group classes offer a challenging and enjoyable hour of cutting edge instruction with an emphasis on the abdominals, back, and buttocks. The machine based private instruction covers these areas with additional work on legs, arms, shoulders, and the back. Private lessons also include a cardio segment and stretching sequence done on the machine.
